Smile Solutions Gift Card

Please note that Gift Cards can be purchased at our practice or by calling our team at 13 13 96. We offer click & collect or delivery, but digital vouchers are not available.

Terms & Conditions of Gift Cards:

• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
• Not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.
• Gift card is valid to make purchases for three years from date of issue.
• The minimum that can be loaded onto a card is $50 however, there are no restrictions on low value purchases.
• The maximum that can be loaded onto the card is $1000.
• Any unused balance will not be returned or credited.
• Any refunds will be refunded to it’s original payment method.
• Gift card only redeemable at Smile Solutions for services currently offered, valued at the current price.
• As we are a pay on the day practice, if the purchase value exceeds the amount of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of payment.
• No cashback will be given if the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card.
• Gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• Gift card payments cannot be used towards an existing payment plan.
• Gift card payments cannot be applied as a credit/deposit for future treatment.
• Smile Solutions reserves the right to cancel this gift card if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, or in the event a gift card is obtained fraudulently, misused or in violation of its terms.
