The key is matching the formula to your type of staining. Pola Day (hydrogen peroxide) is ideal for yellow and orange-toned teeth - the most common type from tea, coffee, and ageing. Pola Night (carbamide peroxide) works more slowly and is more effective on grey and brown-based discolouration. Both require custom trays from your dentist. Apply Tooth Mousse in your trays on rest days to support enamel health and reduce sensitivity.
